Cat the Compliant

Source Code Access - Terms & Conditions

Source Code Access & Licensing

Cat the Compliant is a commercially licensed, closed-source application available exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace. The source code is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license does not automatically grant access to the source code. Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the application is strictly prohibited, as outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Enterprise Source Code Access for Auditing

We understand that enterprise customers may have compliance, security, or regulatory requirements that necessitate a source code review. In select cases, we may provide limited access to the source code strictly for auditing purposes under a commercial licensing agreement. This access is subject to strict conditions, including:

  • Intellectual Property Protection – The source code remains the sole property of Teams, Work Ltd. It cannot be copied, modified, or used to create derivative works.
  • Confidentiality & Security – Access is strictly for internal security audits and compliance verification.
  • Restricted Use – Redistribution, reverse engineering, or competitive analysis is not permitted.

Requesting Source Code Access

To request access, customers must meet certain requirements, such as holding a commercial license, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and agreeing to specific audit terms. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To apply for source code access, please submit a request via our support portal.

Future Licensing Considerations

We reserve the right to open-source certain components of Cat the Compliant in the future. However, the core product and its commercial licensing model will remain unchanged to ensure continuous innovation, enterprise-grade security, and dedicated support.

For licensing inquiries, compliance concerns, or security audits, please contact our team via our support portal.
